 Hot stone massage is a variation on classic massage therapy. Heated smooth, flat stones are placed on key points on the body. The massage therapist may also hold the stones and use them to massage certain areas of the body.

During your massage, cups are placed on the skin for several minutes to create suction. Cupping has many benefits, including alleviating pain and inflammation, relaxing tense muscles, aiding in blood flow and relaxation, and relieving chronic pain.

Your back will be gently steamed. An exfoliating back scrub is then applied to remove dead skin cells, leaving the skin cleansed, refreshed and brighter. The scrub is removed with a hot towel and a soothing back massage follows using an oil to nourish the skin. (30 minute session)

During your massage, a CBD infused lotion or oil will be used. CBD has many health and wellness benefits. When applied topically, CBD can reduce muscular tension and discomfort. By relaxing your muscles with CBD oil and/or lotion, you are guaranteed to receive additional relief.  Although topical use of CBD oil is considered very safe, it’s still a good idea to check with your doctor first.

 Reflexology is a focused pressure technique preformed on the feet. It is based on the premise that there are zones and reflexes on different parts of the feet that correspond to and are relative to all parts of the body, glands and organs.  (30 minute session)
